Guideline for submission

Abstracts

Participants should submit an abstract of no more than 200 words in English or Russian before June 15, 2018.

Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified within a month of their submission.

Author/Paper Submission Guidelines

      • a) Interested participants are invited to submit their papers for review and consideration for presentation at the 9th International Conference on Global Advancement of Universities and Colleges (AGAUC).
      • b) Presenters who wish to have their papers reviewed and considered for publication in conference proceedings should abide with the guidelines provided below.
      • c) Documents should be submitted electronically as an attachment to email.
      • d) Basic operating languages will be English and Chinese, but authors are welcome to write their abstracts in other languages and have their full papers translated into English for conference presentation.
      • e) Presentations of interest are of two kinds: research-based and reflective presentations.

Research-based papers will be judged on the merit of relevance to the theme of the conference, methodological soundness, and appropriateness and usefulness of conclusions generated.

Reflective papers will be judged on the merit of relevance to the theme, the weight of the argu-ment advanced, the insight generated, and the applicability and usefulness of recommendations provided.

Full papers should be submitted electronically by August 31, 2018. Selected conference papers will be included in conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. Compliance to dates and guidelines for submission is critical for inclusion.

Requirements

    • Documents should be prepared with A series, a Times New Roman font size of 14pt.
    • All margins (left, right, top, and bottom) should be set at 1inch (2,5 cm), single spacing.
    • Papers normally should not exceed 6,000 words.
    • Work presented should be original and works cited in the paper must be properly referenced.

Reviews

  • All papers submitted will be reviewed by experts and considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
  • Authors may be advised to revise their papers based on recommendations provided by reviewers.
  • The conference leaders’ decision regarding inclusion/acceptance of papers will be final.
